Dakota Dunes CID board approves advertising bids for 60' x 160' maintenance building

Supervisor Shorma moved to approve the advertisement and Supervisor Wetz seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Board materials state that advertisement dates are set for Sept. 4 and Sept. 11, 2025, and that bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on Sept. 17, 2025, at the CID office. The board scheduled a special meeting for Sept. 19, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. to consider award of the bids. The authorization explicitly excludes earthwork and utility work from the advertised construction package.
