CID staff reports levee progress, low Missouri River Basin snowpack and September bridge completion

He reported ongoing progress on the Big Sioux Levee project, said the Missouri River Basin is below average for snowpack and that expected runoff above Sioux City continues to be below average according to a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers report dated March 6, 2025, and stated the Big Sioux Pedestrian Bridge is expected to be completed in September 2025.
