Following an executive session on economic development, contractual matters and personnel, the Dakota Dunes CID Board voted to adopt procedures for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and to issue a request for proposals for the Dakota Dunes CID Maintenance Operations Facility with a total project cost not to exceed $2,000,000. The adoption of CMAR procedures and the RFP authorization passed unanimously, 5-0.
