Board approves Project AWARE consultants and highlights student program activities

The board later reassigned Annie Janis from Project AWARE Coordinator to Project AWARE Director and reassigned Maiden Carnes from NYCP Coordinator to NYCP Director (04-09-25-10); those personnel changes were recorded as approved.
