The Froid Town Council approved a building permit for Nannette and Jim Dahlberg to move a new house onto vacant lots between the post office and the old fire hall. Council Member Tyler Harris moved to approve the application and Laurie Young seconded; the motion carried.
Mayor Sheri Crain said the Town has been approached about selling certain Town-owned properties, including a former lagoon site of 5.79 acres and vacant lots at 203 and 205 1st Street North. Crain said she will contact the town attorney to discuss the sale process and that the item will be placed on the July agenda; council members agreed a minimum bid should be established.
