The commission approved findings of fact for May 19 and accepted minutes for April 21 and May 19 as amended after several clerical wording corrections were proposed and recorded by staff and a commissioner. Corrections included clarifying phrases and typographical fixes in the verbatim minutes.
Director Sean Klein gave a brief executive report noting a county council approval on June 23 for a rezoning on State Road 2 and Quince to allow a gas-station expansion and other recent approvals (State Line Road special use and several text amendments including ADU and private active parks rules adopted in May). Klein said staff had received inquiries about ADUs but had not yet received any complete applications for that change.
After routine business, the commission voted to allow an extended public forum and later adjourned the meeting.
