Anthem Water Tanks project draws engaged neighborhood feedback; OSTAC to guide overlook design

Kristan Pritz briefed OSTAC on outreach for the Anthem Water Tanks project and said staff will include OSTAC in design guidance for a new overlook. Joel Niles summarized the neighborhood meeting as engaged and constructive: "This neighborhood was very engaged with the project! It is a difficult project but Broomfield staff are doing very well with communication to residents." Joel and Tina Thomas said they plan to attend the next neighborhood meeting in July.
Staff noted construction crews salvaged rock benches from an earlier outlook that could be reused when a new overlook location is selected; OSTAC will be involved in future design and outreach steps.
