Selectboard continues review of personnel policy drafted with ARPA-funded consultant

The Selectboard discussed the second draft of the West Windsor Personnel Policy prepared with professional services from OneDigital under ARPA funding. Town staff provided feedback on the first two drafts and Selectboard Chair Mark Higgins will compile that feedback and coordinate revisions with OneDigital.
Board members agreed the item will remain on future agendas until the policy is finalized and adopted. The minutes record that staff engagement has occurred and additional revisions will be coordinated between the Chair, staff, and OneDigital.
