Open Space staff announced the 25th Annual Broomfield Trail Adventure (BTA) will be held at Broomfield County Commons on Saturday, June 6 at 8 a.m., marking the event’s 25th anniversary and the launch of the Broomfield-100 (B100) trail challenge.
Staff said the event typically runs until about 9:45 a.m. and includes trail loops, vendor booths, breakfast refreshments and giveaway drawings. The B100 challenge invites participants to visit 16 trails from June through September and check in at trail QR codes; monthly winners will be drawn and participants completing at least 100 passport points can enter for a B100 prize at Broomfield Days. Staff also requested the City Council proclaim June as Open Space and Trails month.
