The Selectboard authorized Fitzgerald Environmental Associates (FEA) to perform the 2026 Phase I/II Ascutney Stormwater Permit inspection and to submit required state paperwork at a cost not to exceed $1,500. Town Administrator Matt Frederick reported that Evan Fitzgerald said FEA would conduct the inspection at the same rates as prior years.
John Brodie moved to authorize the inspection and filing; the motion passed unanimously. The authorization covers both the physical inspection and the administrative filing required by the state permit.
