Committee members asked about the granularity of proposed actions. Karl Buchholz asked whether the plan identifies specific projects for each goal; Joel said the plan is more broad and high-level. Chandler Evey, who took the survey, said staff appear to be aggregating macro-level input to inform direction rather than listing detailed projects at this stage.
