OSTAC elects Chair and Vice Chair, forms Development Review Sub‑Committee and approves minutes

At the June 25 meeting OSTAC moved through internal governance items. Jessica “Jess” Crowley motioned to nominate Teng Keng “TK” Vang as OSTAC Chair; Joel Niles seconded and the committee approved the nomination unanimously. TK then nominated Doug Errett as Vice Chair; Joel seconded and the committee approved that nomination unanimously.
Four members — Doug Errett, Jess Crowley, Chandler Evey and Alexis Sweet — volunteered to serve on the Development Review Sub‑Committee (maximum four members) and were appointed unanimously. TK requested a motion to approve the April 23, 2026 minutes; Doug moved, Alexis seconded, and the minutes were approved unanimously. No votes recorded any dissents or abstentions.
