Property owners Drew and Dianne Chace presented a proposed subdivision near 515 Shattuck Hill Road that will create three lots and require the existing driveway to be upgraded to private development road status under West Windsor Zoning Bylaws. Drew Chace provided a notarized Roadway Agreement and a survey map prepared as Project #25-1412 by Gary Rapanotti; the agreement must include the Map Slide Number and Agreement Date before recording.
Highway Foreman Mike Spackman and Fire Chief Erik Boedtker reviewed the completed turnaround and improvements for emergency vehicle access and confirmed they meet current expectations. The Selectboard voted to adopt the road name Rock Haven Lane and conditionally approved that adoption pending recording of the Roadway Agreement and Subdivision Survey in the Land Records; the motion passed with Mark Harley moving and John Brodie seconding and the record stating “all were in favor.”
