City upgrades water and sewer instrumentation and buys new uni‑loader; river meter and lift‑station upgrades approved

Superintendent Jerome Moore and staff also continued cemetery road construction using crushed concrete from a demolished bridge as fill and scheduled rip rap for a drainage ditch near the post office to prevent erosion.
