The TMAPC voted 9-0 on April 1 to approve the preliminary plat for Center 75 Business Park (PUD-876) at 9802 N. Yale Ave., a planned commercial development of about 16.48 acres divided into eight lots and two blocks.
Staff said the proposal aligns with the Highway 75 Planning Area’s intent for employment‑oriented uses and noted standard TAC comments: zoning consistency, addressing, transportation and County Engineering release requirements. The commission’s approval is conditioned on receiving required release letters and completing engineering reviews prior to final plat approval.
The applicant (Bell Land Use/Robert Bell) indicated agreement with staff’s recommendation.
