The Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission on April 1 unanimously approved the preliminary plat for The West Meadow at Berryhill Creek, a proposed single-family subdivision on roughly 19.254 acres east of S. 65th W. Ave.
Staff described a plan for approximately 72 lots with an internal street network, reserve tracts to protect drainage corridors associated with Berryhill Creek, and requirements that all stormwater, utility and engineering releases be obtained prior to final plat approval. The commission’s approval was subject to those standard release letters and County Engineering sign-offs.
Staff emphasized the subdivision’s consistency with the County’s RS-3 zoning and the Comprehensive Plan’s 'New Neighborhood' designation. Motion to approve the preliminary subdivision plat passed 9-0 (motion by Craddock; second by Fugate).
