The commission reviewed the preliminary plat for 126th Business Park, a proposed commercial lot of approximately 1.94 acres at the southwest corner of E. 126th St. N. and N. 129th E. Ave. Staff said the plat conforms to the commercial designation and TAC provided conditions addressing addressing, transportation approvals, sewer/water, stormwater, utilities, and engineering releases.
The applicant agreed to staff recommendations; no public speakers opposed the plat. Committee member Craddock moved to approve the preliminary plat per staff recommendation; Committee member Humphrey seconded. The motion passed 10-0-0. Final plat release remains contingent on Tulsa County Engineering Department sign-off and satisfaction of TAC conditions.
