Staff’s recommendation noted the proposed lot will host an electrical substation that will not require sewer or water service. TAC conditions included engineering-graphics revisions, a required City release letter prior to final plat approval, stormwater and drainage design clarifications, and confirmation of right-of-way and addressing information. The commission voted to approve the plat and the modification (motion by Committee member Humphrey; second by Committee member Bulmash), 10-0-0.
