Commissioner Martin "Marty" Cabrera moved to award the contract to GrantWorks; Commissioner Rolando Gutierrez seconded the motion and the court approved it unanimously. The court also authorized the entity's designated representative to negotiate and agree to a final fee on behalf of the county if applicable.
