Board members were told that a sign from Historic Preservation and the Sheldon Museum to commemorate Charity & Sylvia is expected to arrive in roughly one week. Matt Broughton volunteered to install the sign at the designated spot.
Members discussed plans for a June commemorative event and estimated parking needs of 20 to 70 cars. The board indicated there may be a need to request assistance from the Sheriff's Department for traffic or parking management, and assigned Stacey Rainey to contact the Sheriff's Department to determine support options.
