The Weston Selectboard on March 11 completed appointment of town officers for one- and multi-year terms covering functions across planning, emergency management, and town services.
Appointments recorded in the minutes included Jeff Yrsha as Road Commissioner (one-year term); James Young and Geof Brown to the Planning Commission (four-year terms); Will Goodwin as Floodplain Administrator (one-year term); Barbara Lloyd as Vendor Ordinance Administrator (one-year term); Kara Halpern as Windham Regional Representative (one-year term); Almon Crandall as Tree Warden (one-year term); Loretta Murphy as Senior Solutions Representative (one-year term); Jon Bliss as Emergency Fuel Coordinator (one-year term); Mark Falango as Civil Defense chairman (one-year term) and a Regional Tech Team representative; Fred Burke as Emergency Management Director; Peter Areson as Green Up coordinator; Rusty Davis as DVFiber representative; and Rogan Lechthaler as Weston School Board representative.
The board did not attach conditions to the appointments in the minutes; the slate was recorded as made during the meeting.
