Committee backs Vertasoft contract to support Tollway timekeeping system

Chief Information Officer Michael Shea recommended continuing support for the Tollway’s Kronos time and attendance system via a contract with Vertasoft LLC.
"This contract provides for the continued support of our Kronos system, which is used to electronically store and track the time and attendance of all employees," Shea said. The recommended award was contract 240141RRR in an amount not to exceed $181,451.30 for two years.
Shea also noted the contract includes educational services, tutorials and job aids for Tollway personnel. The committee approved taking the IT items as a group and placing item 3 on the full board agenda.
