Butler County grants $3,232 in disaster tax relief for two fire-damaged properties

Commissioner Kelly Herzet moved to approve disaster relief for the two applicants in the total amount of $3,232; Commissioner Darren Jackson seconded and the motion carried 4-0. The action reduces assessed value for improvements lost to qualifying disasters for the 2026 tax year as described by staff.
