Lonedell R-14 adopts 2026–27 budget and authorizes 2025–26 budget amendments
Summary

On June 22 the Lonedell R-14 School Board adopted the proposed 2026–27 budget as presented. Brad Rucker moved to adopt the budget and the motion carried unanimously with six members voting yea and one absent.
Separately, the board adopted a resolution authorizing Superintendent Dr. Monica Hiatt and Mrs. Stephanie York to amend the 2025–26 budget on June 30 to reflect actual revenues and expenditures. The resolution notes there will be adjustments to final expenses and revenue and gives delegated authority to administration to make the closing amendments.
