Board President Chelsea Davis called the agenda item and the board recorded the unanimous approvals; Jonathan Taylor was absent for the meeting.
The board treated the consent agenda as a bundled set of routine actions to permit staff to proceed on handbooks, vendor agreements, and day-to-day operations. No separate amendments to the handbooks were recorded in the meeting minutes.
