Merced County to post 209‑page Behavioral Health Integrated Plan; committee urged to review for equity

The plan, staff said, focuses on improving access to care for people with mild‑to‑moderate mental‑health needs, outreach and screening at community events, services for unsheltered children, coordinated care for high‑risk demographics, and improved data on recidivism and transitions from CDCR.
