Catherine Amoral of Millennium told the Newton Planning Board that Millennium is requesting an extension for the 10-lot subdivision at 104 North Main because required state permit numbers (AOT, Army Corps dredge-and-fill) are still pending and the current approval expires in August. "We're in the final stages with all of our permits... we're anticipating that by the end of the year we should be at a point where we're coming back to you for final approval," she said.
The board agreed that the applicant has made progress and that a continuance was reasonable; a motion to extend the approval to December 28, 2026 was moved, seconded and carried. The board noted the applicant must complete required permit clearances, and staff will track the outstanding AOT and Army Corps approvals before final site recording and construction.
