Staff report on maintenance-contract letters and Linn County contract amendment

Staff reported 11 maintenance contract letters remain due by April 15; after that date the list will be forwarded to the County Attorney. Matt Dobler said there is currently no update on the proposed amendment to the Environmental Services Contract with Linn County regarding food and hotel licenses.
At the March 31 meeting, Linn County Public Health representative Matt Dobler told the Jones County Board of Health that 11 maintenance contract letters remain outstanding and must be turned in by April 15; after that date staff will provide the list to the County Attorney for follow-up.
Dobler also reported there is no update on the proposed amendment to the Environmental Services Contract with Linn County that pertains to Jones County food and hotel licenses; he said staff will provide information at a future meeting when available. No motions were made on either item at the March session.
