The Jones County Board of Health voted unanimously March 31 to authorize signatory authority for Lisa Bogran, Jones County BOH Administrator and Environmental Health Coordinator, and Brad Knudson, Jones County Public Health staff. Dr. Deb Oldham moved the authorization and Denny Coon seconded; members present voted “all ayes.”
Board Administrator Lisa Bogran told members no new documents have been signed, submitted, or updated since the prior meeting. The authorization is administrative: it gives the named staff the authority to sign documents on behalf of the Board of Health as needed for environmental health and public-health business. John Schlarmann will forward actions requiring Board of Supervisors notification as appropriate.
The board did not attach conditions or an immediate reporting timeline to the authorization at the March meeting. The next regular meeting is tentatively scheduled for June 9, when members may revisit administrative procedures or present any required documentation.
