Anderson reported that several maintenance projects initiated earlier in the year have been completed on time and on budget, including new metal roofs on the equipment shed and on wooden playground structures. "They put all metal roofs on those, made it, dressed it up, made it look a lot nicer," Anderson said.
He also said the shelters were cleaned and painted and that rental activity is strong—last week all four shelters were rented and several are already reserved for the coming week. The splash pad was repainted and a new sunshade was installed on the pool deck to replace an older, deteriorating cover.
