Planner Brady told the commission the request aligns with the city plan's neighborhood low place type and conforms to the approved preliminary plan and submitted infrastructure plans. "This would represent a logical continuation of the zoning and development patterns that we are seeing out there in Town Square," Brady said. Staff reported one phone inquiry regarding the item and no formal opposition in the meeting record.
A motion to approve the rezoning as staff recommended was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. The developer must follow standard subdivision and infrastructure review prior to permitting.
