The Planning Commission recommended approval of PL 26-13, a final replat creating additional lots in Prairie Creek Estates II near Rose Hill, contingent on required roadway improvements. Contractor Mike Hoffman told the commission his company will "widen Prairie Creek Road by 4–5 feet, extend two or three existing culverts, clear the tree row along the west-side ditch, and regrade the ditch further west as needed," describing a rebuilt roadway base and additional gravel to improve drainage and maintenance.
Staff confirmed a prior condition that culverts and ditches be installed and noted an agreement between the developer and township for the required work. Surveyor Raymond Britton raised a procedural question about which surveyors are authorized to review plats with a vacant County Surveyor position; staff said Public Works will coordinate reviews. The commission recommended approval 6-0 (Frey motion, Griggs second) and will forward the replat to the Board of County Commissioners.
