The Jackson County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved Ordinance #322 on March 24, 2026 to rezone parcel 82-2024 in Tete Des Morts Township, property owned by Roger and Susan Eganhouse. Chair Don Schwenker opened and then closed the public hearing; no public comments for or against the rezoning were recorded.
Supervisor Mike Steines moved to close the hearing and to approve the ordinance; Supervisor Nin Flagel seconded. The board voted Aye: Schwenker, Steines, Flagel. Following a motion to suspend the rules, the board conducted and approved the second and third readings of Ordinance #322 the same day. The ordinance is recorded in Ordinance Book 1, page 711.
