Councilmember James McCarthy said communications to residents have been good and Clerk/Treasurer Amy Myhre reported few questions or complaints. The minutes record that the Beaux Arts Village pipe would be installed the week of the meeting, with testing and filling the week of June 15, and grinding and paving scheduled for June 22–25.
Council did not take any new action on the project at the June 9 meeting; the discussion was informational and focused on schedule and resident outreach. The interfund loan to finance the project was discussed separately and could be considered by ordinance in July.
