Airport access road contract executed; terminal hold-room expansion staged pending grant award

On the terminal expansion, Don said Park Hill (design firm) and Lindbeck (construction manager at risk) continue design work on 'package 1', a proposed 4,700-square-foot expansion of the boarding hold room. He said staff expects an FAA grant decision in June and plans to begin construction in July if funding is awarded; staff will wait to avoid starting work that would not be reimbursed by the grant.
