On timeliness, staff said overall trips increased and on-time percentages were affected by the storm; they reported zero trip denials for February and that CityLink received 43 applications and denied five. Director Don Green and staff asked riders to report concerns about vehicles arriving early or leaving without passengers so the agency can investigate and ensure the 30-minute pickup window is honored.
The board thanked CityLink staff for their response during the storm; no policy changes or funding requests were proposed at the meeting.
