Commission member Joe Mangan reported that he "picked up the two damaged stones and Joe's Custom is replacing them," and said he hopes to address a stone near the shed in the Village Cemetery. Commissioners documented additional stones needing attention in the upper section and noted photographs had been taken for assessment.
Susan Lyons raised a discrepancy in the warrant for cleaning 80 stones and raising/cleaning 80 grass markers, saying the counts did not match the stones cleaned in the first two rows; the commission decided to re-issue the warrant for clarity. Matt Walker reported the Seivwright stone had fallen off its base and that the base appeared tipped; he provided a photograph for follow up. Joe Mangan agreed to receive photos and coordinate repairs.
