At its March 18, 2026 meeting the Township of Roxbury Planning Board recorded the following formal outcomes: it approved a two-year extension for J&R Transport, LLC's preliminary major site plan approval through March 2, 2027 (resolution); it approved Delta One LLC's three-lot minor subdivision at 27 First Street with a driveway-separation design waiver and a sidewalk waiver, and required deed restrictions limiting impervious coverage; and it conducted a cursory review of a proposed scoreboard replacement at Roxbury High School and advised the applicant to obtain a zoning permit.
Motions and votes were recorded in the meeting minutes. The J&R extension motion was moved by Ed Data and seconded by John Wetzel and carried. Delta One's subdivision was moved by Councilman Jim Rilee, seconded by Councilman Robert DeFillippo, and carried on roll call with the votes recorded in the minutes. Board Secretary Robyn Lance certified the resolution and minutes. The Board opened the public portion but received no comments before adjourning at 8:19 PM.
