The Roxbury Township Planning Board adopted its schedule of regular meetings for 2026 and designated the municipal bulletin board at 1715 Route 46 as the public posting place. The board named three newspapers for official notice: the Daily Record, the Star-Ledger and the Roxbury Register.
The resolution establishing meeting dates lists meetings through December 2026 and sets the 2027 reorganization meeting for Jan. 6, 2027. The board also fixed a fee of $2.50 for anyone requesting meeting notices mailed to them during 2026; newspapers are exempt from the charge as provided in state law (N.J.S. 40:4-19). These actions were presented as routine administrative housekeeping under the Open Public Meetings Act and adopted without substantive debate.
