Council fills planning-and-zoning vacancies, names chair and vice chair

The council also reappointed Joe Kartetter to Position 5 and appointed Paul Vickery to Position 1.
The mayor pro tem moved to reappoint Lori Wakefield to Mayor King’s position, and the council reappointed Tyler Roscoe to Position 7 by consensus. The council then selected Lori (the transcript also spells the name later as 'Laurie') Wakefield as chair and Kirk Wright as vice chair. All actions were approved in voice votes with no recorded opposition in open session.
