During council questions, staff confirmed the ordinance allows a minimum 400-foot separation between RV spaces and property lines, a 200-foot setback for an office, and a maximum allowance of up to 200 spaces (the applicant's plan included 147 spaces currently).
Council opened the public hearing; no speakers came forward and, after motions by Councilman Reagan and a second from Councilman Price, the item passed on a voice vote.
What's next: The permit's approval is subject to the concept plan and operation standards; final site engineering and coordination with TxDOT or public works will proceed during the site-plan review phase.
