The man knew what he was doing and, was professional," Danzen said, adding that the sticker tag installation worked "perfectly" for his trips to Schaumburg.
Executive Director Cassandra White highlighted the Tollway’s iPass on‑demand outreach program and customer service work during the board report. Staff said the iPass on‑demand team has participated in more than 445 events this year, connected with more than 21,000 customers and over 5,000 children, and conducted community events such as child‑safety seat checks and ID‑card programs. Cassandra White recognized the iPass staff for their outreach and customer engagement.
The authority’s Chief of Safety and Security, Arthur Grimes, delivered a safety message emphasizing restraints: "Seat belts on the 1st line of defense for every driver, every passenger." He noted National Child Safety Week activities and encouraged participation in upcoming seat‑check events on Sept. 27 and Sept. 30.
