Staff explained the ITS supplement is to extend services until a new contract is in place. On the York Road project, staff said the construction schedule was extended and an electrical relocation required additional time and oversight; the supplement will fund the extra construction management needed to complete the remaining scope.
Both supplements were presented as recommended, with staff noting DBE and veteran commitments are expected to be met by subconsultants.
