The council approved the consent agenda unanimously on a motion by Councilman Jeff Chris, seconded by Councilman David Culpepper. The consent items listed included minutes and a Board of Adjustment public hearing held May 28, 2026.
City staff acknowledged that some packet materials were incomplete because the city clerk was unavailable, and said the remaining materials would be provided at the next meeting. "We weren't able to get the rest of the packet compiled, but we'll have a double dose for y'all at the next meeting," staff said. Council then voted to approve the consent agenda without further discussion.
