The Clute City Council on June 11 approved a final replat for property described at 911 Brazosport (also referenced in the hearing as Bradford/Braddock Boulevard) following a joint public hearing with the Planning and Zoning Commission.
City staff read the statutory notice and legal description of the property and told the council that nine property-owner notices had been mailed with no returns. Planning and Zoning moved to recommend approval of the final plat, and the council accepted that recommendation. "I have motion by Councilman Culpepper and second by Councilman Chris," the presiding officer said, and the vote was recorded as unanimous.
Resolution 31-2026 states the council found the request conforms with development requirements and made the resolution effective upon execution by the mayor and city secretary. The council closed the public hearing after the unanimous vote.
