Cedar Park outlines 900,000+ sq ft industrial and flex-space pipeline as developers prepare to build
Summary
City economic development staff told the board that multiple industrial and flex-space projects are moving forward in Cedar Park — including a ~400,000 sq ft Prologis Phase 1, an Access 183 site, Cedar Tech expansions and local ribbon cuttings — and flagged ongoing developer interest for another ~200,000 sq ft tract.

Arthur, speaking for the city's economic development office, described a pipeline of new industrial and flex projects approaching delivery across Cedar Park. He said Prologis Phase 1 will start this summer and deliver over 400,000 square feet across three buildings, with a potential Phase 2 adding roughly 350,000 square feet; Access 183 is expected to bring about 265,000 square feet with frontage‑road improvements and a Q2 2027 delivery window.
"So this reflects the total amount of flex space currently projected to be delivered in Cedar Park over the next, call it, 1 to 18 months," Arthur said during his presentation. He also reviewed Cedar Tech and Freehill developments (Cedar Tech 1 at about 280,000 sq ft and Freehill at about 64,000 sq ft) and told the board that several developers have returned to the market after new CRM data helped staff match prospects with local projects. The board did not debate project approvals in detail during the presentation; staff said they will update the board as timelines and tenant leases solidify.
