The mayor announced the motion carried unanimously. Staff also noted the council would not take action on a terminated exclusive facility use agreement between the City of Bryan and Infinity Sports Entertainment, while indicating the lease matter with Bryan 1803 LLC at 1803 Greenfield Plaza would proceed to enforcement steps via the city attorney.
