For 1214 Parker Street (R26185), resident Mary Milam said she received notice but missed deadlines after a car accident and said her plan is to try to sell the property. City legal and code staff explained that if the council adopts the condemnation the owner could enter a rehab agreement within 30 days and then would have six months to bring the property into compliance; the owner would also be required to place escrow equivalent to the estimated demo cost. After public input and staff explanation, council moved to adopt the listed nuisance resolutions with the standard abatement timetable and rehab‑agreement option for qualifying owners.
