Commission approves consent agenda, later approves two pulled items after revised site plans

The chair asked commissioners to approve consent agenda items a–e and h–j; after a motion and a second, the commission voted and the chair announced "Motion carries." Items 5f and 5g had been pulled earlier because the staff report indicated a tabling request. Staff explained applicants supplied updated site plans and plats and that the revised staff report recommended approval as submitted; revised reports were distributed to commissioners.

Commissioner A moved to approve items 5f and 5g, Commissioner B seconded, and the commission voted to approve both items. Staff said the items were pulled only to avoid public confusion (packet language suggested tabling) and that the updated materials allowed staff to recommend approval. No public comments were recorded on those items at the time of approval.
