County engineer reports Kelly Creek federal-aid schedule; crews moving between projects

Phillips reported the Kelly Creek Road project will be let to bid on September 30 and described the typical two-week to two-month administrative lead time between the letting date and the contractor's proceed letter. He said maintenance crews completed work in the Oco City area and had moved to Springville and Rolling Oaks, with Camp Road scheduled next week.
Phillips also provided details on routine maintenance, bridge assessments and the estimated durations for cast-in-place bridge work (up to 120 calendar days under typical conditions). He closed noting staffing and equipment scheduling for the season and that staff would provide more granular estimates to commissioners on request.
